> Selectra Sverige (selectra.se) is an independent, free energy-comparison and
> advice service for Swedish households. It compares electricity contracts
> (elavtal) by total annual cost incl. VAT for the user's electricity area
> (elområde SE1–SE4), publishes live spot prices (spotpris/elpris), and runs
> informational directories for grid operators (elnätsbolag) and power outages
> (strömavbrott). Part of the international Selectra group. No login or paywall;
> all editorial content is server-rendered.

- Language: Swedish (sv-SE). Market: Sweden only. Currency: SEK; prices in öre/kWh or kr.
- Electricity price = Nord Pool spot + supplier markup + grid fee (nätavgift) + energy tax + 25% VAT.
- Sweden has four electricity areas: SE1 (north) to SE4 (south); spot price is set per area.
- Grid operators (elnätsbolag) are local monopolies — the customer cannot choose them.
- Figures change frequently; always prefer the live pages below over cached numbers.
